High-brilliance pointed-back glass stones engineered for maximum light refraction and multidimensional depth. Unlike flatbacks, Chatons feature a conical, silver-foil base designed to be set into metal claw settings, cast in resin, embedded into epoxy clays, or mounted into custom recessed 3D-printed cavities.

Care & Maintenance

Setting & Handling: Set using metal claws, 2K epoxy putties, or resin matrices. Apply gentle, direct pressure using a wax picker or setter to avoid chipping facet edges.

Cleaning: Wipe clean with a soft microfiber cloth. Alcohol wipes or mild soapy water can be used on set stones.

Foiling Protection: Avoid harsh solvents or industrial acids that could strip or degrade the reflective silver backing.

Storage: Keep stored in compartmentalized storage boxes or sealed bags to prevent stones from scratching against each other.
