Our Guarantee
We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from alano.one due to product quality, service, or because you ordered the wrong size, you may request a return for a refund.
Please note that shipping fees and payment processing charges are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund where applicable.
30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- unused and unworn
- in the same condition that you received it
- with tags attached
- in its original packaging
Important: Please place the return inside the original shipping box or another protective box to prevent damage during transit. If the returned item is received damaged due to insufficient packaging, a repackaging fee may be deducted from your refund.
How to Submit a Return Request
To request a return, click the profile icon in our store navigation or visit our Returns / Refund Policy page.
Steps:

Log in to your account:
- Enter your email address in the Email field and click Continue.
- Check your inbox for the email from our store.
- Copy the 6-digit verification code.
- Return to the store and enter the code.
- Select the order you want to return.
- If your order contains more than one item, select the item(s) you want to return.
- Choose a return reason and add a note if needed.
- Click Request Return.
If your return request is approved and shipping is required, you will receive an email with return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

Damages and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@alano.one so we can assess the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- perishable goods
- custom or personalised products
- personal care goods
- hazardous materials
- flammable liquids or gases
- sale items
- gift cards
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before submitting your request.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to place a new order for the item you want, and then return the original item for a refund once your return has been approved.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
