Order Processing
Orders that are paid before 12:00 PM on a business day are usually dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will usually be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Provider
We use Bob Go as our shipping management platform. Through Bob Go, we select the most suitable courier service for your order based on the delivery option chosen, destination, and service availability.

- Standard Door to Western Cape and other outlying provinces may take 3 - 5 business days.
- Express delivery is typically overnight to Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal, and Mpumalanga, and 2 - 3 business days to Western Cape and remote areas.
